They turned off the lights so that we could see what it looked like with natural lighting. It was pitch black in there.

Mount Rushmore was amazingly awesome. They had lots of activities for you there.
This is Rushmore Cave. It is the closest cave to Mount Rushmore.
There were lots of cool rock formations in the cave.
We went to the Badlands.
This is at the Badlands. There were so many trails.
This was the favorite trail. It was a good view from the top.
Kurt, Colby, and Micah climbed around while the older boys went on a harder trail.
We went to a park with dinosaurs you could climb on.
On our way home we stopped at this natural arch to eat lunch.
We also stopped at Martin's Cove. This is a list of rescuers for the Martin handcart company, including our ancestor Joseph Skeen.
We walked on a trail at Martin's Cove. Luckily we didn't see any rattlesnakes.
Micah wanted to get a picture by the river that you could get baptised in at the cove.
