Derek got to have a super fun party this year at the Boondocks that recently opened in Kaysville. They did mostly Laser Tag, but also a game of bowling, and some arcade games. He invited Zack form the neighborhood, and 6 friends from his class at school, and his brother Lance.
He had to roll hiself up in tickets before they finished singing Happy Birthday. It was a great "no work" party for Mom!
While they were off playing arcade games, someone came to get me saying I was needed at this particular game. Derek's friend Matthew had just won an IPAD! The manager was there taking his picture and wanted to make sure an adult was going to be responsible for it. Derek and the other boys were a little envious throughout the rest of the party.
Here's Micah, pretending to be one of the big boys. It was a great party and really not that expensive since I used some gift card the boys had earned from doing their Disney Cell phone fundraiser.
