On day three we visited the Kennedy Space Center. Afterward, Lance made the comment that he wants to be an Engineer for NASA. His grandpa Wilcock made several trips to the Space Center in the past with his job as a Tool Engineer for ATK.
This is as close as we got to the Space Shuttle which was on the pad ready to launch. It was supposed to launch while we were there but was postponed twice.
We enjoyed the tours, museums, IMAX and ecucational movies, and they even had a great shuttle blast-off simulator.
The Kids had a great time playing on the beach. In fact, they will tell you that it was their favorite activity in Florida. Micah loved it too; dont forget to check out the video.
