This was a great start to our San Diego vacation. My friend Andrea Capener, a 9 year Sandiego resident, recommended this great beach to us and it had it all. Tide pools, caves, sandy beaches, and even harbor seal viewing. It was the first time I've ever been to a California beach with the sun shining. Amazingly, Micah didn't even try to eat the sand. And the big boys loved playing in the waves.
