Okay, so it's been a while since we've blogged, but I just had to go back and put this one on. Orson was a high school and collegiate runner and is back running pretty seriously again, but this was his first overall win of any race since coming out of retirement. It was a local 5K here in West Kaysville, but there were at least 100 runners there, and Orson did not anticipate winning the entire thing. So when he came around the corner in first place (see below), we were shocked and excited. The picture above is him "breaking the tape" and of course pushing the button on his new Garmin GPS running watch that he just got for his birthday 3 days earlier. Way to go Orson!
