The three oldest boys started school on Monday 8/25
Lance and Derek were very nervous because they started at a new school for them, Burton Elementary. They were both accepted into "Spectrum" (a program for gifted students) at a satellite school where students from about 8 elementary schools come to form a class in each grade. So far, they are surviving and starting to make new friends.
Kurt is in first grade at Eagle Bay where he is still in the Spanish Immersion class, so he goes to a Spanish speaking teacher (native) for half the day and an English teacher for the second half. He lost his second tooth on the first day of school, and not only did he lose it, he really lost it (somewhere in the lunchroom).
Colby misses his brothers desperately, but will try to keep busy by going to a little co-op preschool, music class, and gymnastics.
Micah is enjoying the peace and quiet at home and even learned to laugh this week. He absolutely hates his carseat, which makes our twice daily trips to Burton Elementary not so fun.
